Let me clarify that I am as single as single gets--no women, no children. I don't have seperate issues for either or. I work all day, 5 days a week, with and around women and their children. I have seen a great share of 16+ year olds come and go from the grocery biz. The women to men ratio at work is close to 3:1. And they have kids that they bring in to shop.
Why all this pointless banter? I blog I found titled "Don't have kids". It does not reflect my position on childen, but just has cool stuff about parents and kids on it. Some of it funny--some of it disturbing. So, here is a link for parents to their children. It's titled "I'm Doing It For Myself, Dammit. And That's OK."
